Things to consider when defining indexes

If using mongo, note that:

"MongoDB can only use one index to support any given operation. However, each clause of an $or query may use a different index."

Maybe we could create a new chapter in the gitbook about tunning and give some references (like http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/administration/optimization/ ). What do you think guys?
